Laura Brugger is a very good communicator!
She is also very good at providing more coverage for less expense! Compare with who you currently use, you just might be amazed! She also responded very quickly to inquires about a claim and the adjuster called me the same day.

Very hard to get a hold of. Recently requested a boat quote from them and I gave all the information to their receptionist that she had asked of me. I called and emailed to get a status update quite a few times, was not able to get a hold of them, nor did they return my emails. I finally got a quote 20 days later! Long story short they would not honor my original date I requested coverage. When I told Laura that this was not fair and that I gave the receptionist everything she asked of me and that her employee didn't even email or call me back anytime I've tried to get a hold of them and I would like to have this policy effective dated for the date I requested the quote, she responded with "I'm not gonna argue with you." I recently switched from Geico and now I am regretting it, everything started out so amazing and then it just went down hill from there. I would find another agent who wont take as long to help you. Country Financial does have great rates which is why I switched over but this has just put a sour taste in my mouth. I have used this agency in the past and had nothing but amazing service and even recommended her to multiple clients, that currently is not the case anymore.

I have been paying monthly thru auto pay. After paying my truck off Laura jacked up my premiums and took me off auto pay. I made a payment on oct 3 2023 and asked to be put back on autopay. They took payment and said i was autopay. Now they canceled me. She is a fraud!!!!! I have been on the phone now and cant get them to accept payment I am-not late. She uses her business to bully people. No one can help me but verified and recorded calls show payments being excepted and made up to Oct 3 2023. However they did take my payment out of my account so i called to see what was going on now I am on the phone for over an hour and no one can explain to me why auto pay for three years and then all of a sudden the cancel me after i make a payment? This had to be insurance fraud. This company is being very dishonest and fraudulent

Took time to answer my questions. Country financial is a great option for us as we have rental homes in 2 different states that we can consolidate coverage with the umbrella policy. They also insure log homes - not many companies do that.
