Fairly fast service, but only limitations are set by usually insurance coverage, which isn't Four Corners Dental fault. Otherwise, always greeted on every visit. Just watch your billing carefully because insurance companies can throw a monkey wrench into pending procedures. Of course, they will always accept cash payments. Dental care is outstanding by both Dentists (the Best ever received), far better than most experiences since August 1994.

Painless scheduling and execution for a routine cleaning and later for a crown install.
Dr. Sorensen handled both. Super nice fella - remembered me from cleaning, made pleasant and personable conversation. He let me be a little involved to learn about the crown making process! He also caught a previous billing error and ensured it was corrected to avoid insurance issues.
His assistant as well as front of house staff were great!
These folks do take walk ins, and apparently that reputation has made it around. There were many in the waiting room around me, some were even complaining heavily about having to wait, but the staff remained compassionate, kind and patient. Low staff that day, they STILL sustained great attitudes, saw their appointments AND walk ins. I also heard them correcting each other in the back regarding cleanliness to continue running a tight ship amidst the hectic day. What a killer team! A well-oiled machine to say the least.

I first went to this dentist back in 2013. I needed a full teeth extraction and needed dentures made (as I have a genetic issue that caused the enamel on my teeth to be thin). I absolutely dreaded going here for every appointment because the owner/dentist always treated me with hostility when I had to see him but, I had no choice because this was the only place that accepted medicaid at the time. So anyway I had the full teeth extraction then came back about 6 weeks later to get my immediate dentures. They did not fit at all my mouth couldn't close all the way and my lips were about three quarters of an inch apart honestly it looked like I had in a mouth guard that was made of comically big teeth in my mouth. They sent me home with them anyway stating they looked good. I tried to wear them but they looked horrible. I went to the store with them in and a man literally got in my face and made a horse noise at me I assume to let me know I looked like I had horse teeth. I scheduled an appointment to address the issue and had to see the dreaded owner and I was understandably upset and had tried to start to explain to him what was wrong and what had occured at the store and he snapped at me and told me I needed to calm down or he would fire me as a patient. I wasn't being hostile I was just hurt and embarrassed at how poorly the dentures fit and how it made me look wearing them. Every single time I had to see him he was hostile and the assistants with him would never speak up when I'd start to almost cry at the words and treatment he gave me. I think he may have treated me that way because he may have thought my issue was from drug usage even though I've never used drugs in my life and it may have been a racial issue as I'm noticeably part native american and the owner did grill me as to why I didn't just go to the native service (I say this because my husband whos white received care from them as well and never had that hostility from the owner like I did and had the red carpet rolled out for him and received exceptional care. We have different last names and our appointments were never on the same day/time so I don't think they knew we were married but the difference in our treatment here was night and day). They did offer to fix the issue with the dentures which turned into almost 3 years worth of returning time and time again to get wax try ins only for them not to fit properly still. This kept happening until the fire they had in 2016 when they seem to have used that as an opportunity to stop calling me back in to try to resolve the issue and get me a proper fitting set of dentures. When I would call they would tell me they'd call me back with an appointment time but that never happened and it has now been almost a full decade and I never received a set of dentures. I bet they still charged my insurance like I received them though even though I didn't. I would not recommend them if you have any other option please try that one. This was the single worse experience I've ever had with a dental clinic.

I had a painful molar so the staff fit me in next day which was appreciated. They are always helpful. Doctor Bortelli (I think) took a look at the imaging and we both suspected an infection. I was going out of state, so he made time to fit me in for a root canal and crown same day. It required some waiting on my part but it was obvious that he was doing me a huge favor. Once he started working, he found a root, then another, then another, then another, then another in my one molar. It was like he had found the white whale. He and his assistant took on the challenge and I felt like they were doing a great & thorough job to get my tooth healthy. They had to stay late too. Tooth feels great and I was very happy with their service - Hank.

Have always done an awesome job with my dental care, but a scheduling miscommunication at my last appt knocked off a star for me. They gave my appointment away and I didn't find out until I arrived! Turned out they had been calling to confirm for days, but because I hadn't confirmed they gave my appointment away. When I didn't see any missed calls we realized they had the wrong number on my file. Thankfully they were able to get me in first thing the next day which I really appreciated, but I was a little confused because I had previously made appointments and kept them without this issue. Just be sure to confirm your phone number with them to avoid this, and confirm your appointment!!

My favorite dentist is Ernie Sorenson because he really cares and is gentle .He uses numb gel and listens to all my oral concerns consistently for years since 2022.He is fantastic dentist and I prefer him always to anyone else.

Highly recommend going to see Dr. Andrew. He was very informative and gentle with removing my tooth. The front office staff and dental assistant were all very sweet! Thank you all so much.
