Great selection, polite staff. Same day glasses, took them about 15 minutes to complete! Overall a fantastic experience. I will absolutely be using them again if I need affordable glasses super fast.

I was a potential customer back in 2021 when Eyemart Express was first opening in Fairbanks. I didn't have a very good experience as it so happens with many businesses first openings. Things will go wrong, kinks need to be ironed out. My son urged me to give Eyemart Express another try after he went & got his glasses & had a very good turnout. Here I am & very happy with my new glasses. Thankyou so much!!!

So, I did have a little problem but its mostly my fault, I got EYEMED insurance to help get my glasses prescription at eyemart express but unfortunately, my husband and I didn’t know that the optometrist for Eyemart express is a separate from EYEMART and it is $260 for the eye exam without insurance 😬 luckily my husband called around and got me a appointment for somewhere else BUT We did go back to eyemart for their glasses selection and found 2 perfect pairs of glasses pretty fast and their employee Dustin was very helpful ! and talked us through all of our options for lenses and got us and my new glasses out of their pretty quick! Excellent job and will definitely go back for glasses from eyemart

I really like my new glasses. The lady who helped me was very helpful, especially picking the best fit and look. They have a lab right there and my glasses were done in an hour. They have a huge selection also.

Liz at eyemart express was very helpful explaining what type of lenses that where best for my eyes. She able to get me my glasses within a few hours and I picked them up the next day. I didn’t have to wait long for Liz to help me. Very good customer service!

I appreciated that the optometrist was next door, certainly made it easier. When we picked a set of frames the corresponding lenses for those frames were not in, so we asked the short, heavy woman helping us about if we could use other frames. Instead of getting all the way out of her chair and walking 10 feet over to it, she points at a wall with HUNDREDS of frames and says "They're over there...". We certainly could've used some actual customer service as to pricing, durabilities, if lenses were stocked for models, simple pros and cons etc. We ended up feeling kind of rushed because of this and grabbed some frames that were certainly more than we wanted to pay. Seems like solid products, and an efficiently structured business; if I was treated courteously and conscientiously this would be 5 stars all day.

After three times of West Valley blowing me off, I thought it was time to try somewhere else. Eyemart Express is incredible. New glasses shipped in one week instead of 6-8 weeks at WV. and plus Eyemart Express actually contacted me when my glasses came in. West Valley never did, I always had to call them. I am soo happy I changed.

Called several times to confirm appointment did not answer the phone. My husband showed up for appointment only to be told our insurance is out of thier network. Would of been nice to receive a call a month ago so we didn't wait all that time only to be told this.
