Door to atm is always broken. Their Google add says they open at 8:30 which is a lie. When informed they did not care the slightest to fix their listed hours even after letting them know how upsetting it was I would be late to my destination because I waited for them to open at 8:30am only to have to drive to the atm across town.

Should be 0 stars but google wont let me......I honestly have no words for how horrible Alaska USA Mortgage is, We have had nothing but bad experiences and horrible customer service. I've never worked with a more incompetent company with people who don't give a damn about their costumers. Do not trust them with your money or time, they will lose and waste both.

I have always had good service here.
My difficulty is with my bad money management skills,
Not with the bank or it's employees. When I do mess up and embarrassed myself they don't even blink an eye to it...saving my pride from being hurt, and I like that. I do wish they opened earlier and stayed open later though.

Trying to close through them now and honestly I am livid. They call you from numbers that are routed to the main operator when you call them back. The operator never knows the name of who you're asking for. Then you can never reach the person you are trying to directly. It's always leave a message or voicemail especially when time is crucial. You are simply a number and their obviously used to inexperienced buyers that don't expect customer service. I'm a week from closing otherwise I'd bail.
