To be quite honest, I’m not too sure how Jon Majors and his team were pointed to us- but I’m glad he was the one to help us out. My wife & I were first time home buyers, Jon made it very easy for us to purchase a home in Alaska even though we were located in Washington! He has answered all of our questions (still answering our questions even though we closed lol) & has great communication. Jon has all the right resources as well which was amazing!!! Couldn't ask for a better experience! As a first time home buyer and as someone who lived halfway across the world during the whole process, Jon made the entire transaction seamless. With his expertise, he was very transparent on what to lookout for and avoid and narrowed my search down to what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions and was easy to stay in contact with, even with an 11 hour time difference. Best of all, he stepped in and helped pay a good portion of an unexpected closing fee. After firing our first Realtor due to lack of communication we were referred to Jon Majors. Right off the bat Jon made us feel like a priority even though we were still months away from getting serious about finding a house. Jon was always quick to respond to our questions or finding us info on a house. He was extremely accommodating with our situation (me in Korea and the Wife in Nevada). We also loved how straight forward Jon was, he never tried to blow smoke. Being first time home buyers, Jon was very patient and thorough with explaining everything from inspections to all the documents. He definitely helped eleviate the stress of PCSing and buying a home.
