Elijah is by far the best property manager you can find up here. He’s saved me way more money than I’ve paid him for managing my apartments. He remodeled an entire apartment for me, appliances, hardwood floors, new counters, granite countertops. You name it. And I paid maybe 60% of what it would have cost to get that done by contractors.
He’s dealt with unruly tenants for me. He plows the driveways in winter for 40% what a contractor costs. Do yourself a favor and call him.

I live at the end of a dead-end road and the snow drifts were terrible. I called Elijah and he came out and cleared our single lane private road to give us enough room to drive our vehicles on it. They did a GREAT job! Highly recommend them for your plowing needs.
