As UNLimted RE resident tenants, my husband and I cannot commend (and recommend) Heather enough to her company and others. When we recently had an issue with our property, Heather was exceedingly responsive and communicated with us throughout the (entire) process. Heather's impressive response demonstrated her exemplary customer service skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Heather imparted the importance of the value she places on her clients, completely changing our experience with property management companies, and is undoubtedly a valuable asset to her company.

Our experience renting with UnLimited RE was disappointing and frustrating. We rented a property through them for a year and a half, and we encountered serious issues with their management throughout.

Lack of Consistent Property Management: During our relatively short rental period, we were assigned three different property managers, none of whom were consistently responsive besides Jisele Gilmore who was only with us for 2 months. Even simple requests, like getting our HOA guidelines, went ignored or delayed. This lack of stability and communication made it challenging to address basic concerns about the property.

Incompetent Handling of Lease Termination and Transition: When we decided to end our lease early, we understood that we were responsible for giving a one-month notice and covering the lease until a new tenant was found. However, despite their control over approvals and listing, UnLimited Realty showed no urgency in getting the property re-listed and promoted. Once they did post it, the listings were poorly managed. We had multiple people showing up at our home unannounced, claiming they’d scheduled a showing – a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.

Poor Communication on Move-Out Process and Security Deposit: At move-out, our property manager provided unclear instructions on how to receive our security deposit. We were initially told it would be direct-deposited, but it ended up being mailed to an outdated address, even though we had repeatedly requested an update. As a result, it took over 18 days to receive our deposit after moving out, far longer than anticipated. This is particularly frustrating when UnLimited Realty enforces a $100/day fine for any overdue rent payments, yet they show no urgency in handling tenant refunds.

Overall, we would not recommend renting from UnLimited Realty. The inconsistent management, lack of transparency, and poor handling of tenant concerns created an unpleasant and frustrating experience. We would urge anyone considering them to be cautious, and to carefully review the lease terms and move-out conditions before signing.

Communication was awesome. She had everything sorted out and done for us in less than 24 hours. Customer service was great, made us feel like family.
