I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this company. Jisele and Jackie helped my sister and I through the renting process with knowledge, patience and kindness. Finding a new home can be so stressful! That was not the case this time and I am beyond thankful to them for helping us get out new home. Kudos!

I've been renting from a Flagstaff Property Management for 15 years and it's been a very pleasant experience. The management is great and all of the people who answer the phones at their office have excellent customer service! If I have needs to be met in my apartment, they are tended to speedily and efficiently and effectively.

The team at Flagstaff Property Management has been very helpful and easy to work with. All went smoothly with our showing and move in for the home we are renting. Jisele has been our main contact and she always responds quickly and makes every effort to help with any needs that we have. FPM is great in the beginning but wait till it comes time to move out!! Lies ! We lived in one of their properties for seven months. Our company transferred us back to our original state. We did have to break our lease early. However, we were told repeatedly if we jump through a bunch of hoops, and do their job for them, there would only be a $500 break lease fee and we would get the rest of our deposit back. So we did everything they said we needed to do. We shampooed the carpets for them, cleaned the entire place up for them. there was nothing left behind, and the property was completely “moved in ready”! We had to advertise the place for them and show the place to Any interested parties for them!! We were told to have people interested in leasing this property, fill out the application on their website which we did. There are many people interested in this property and we showed it 11 times. But as soon as we moved out, we were told as per our agreement, we would not get any deposit back. They have the system completely stacked against us even if they rent it to someone we showed it to they’re going to say” FPM found the people to take over the lease not us “ so no matter what they were going to keep our deposit all along ! after they lied, and made assurances that we would get our deposit back if we jumped through all these hoops, and did all of their job for them! They never will give your deposit back even though they will assure you on the phone before you move out yes you’re going to get all but that $500 back. No you won’t. These are very unprofessional shysters.

Very helpful, friendly & overall great communication & customer service. Shout out to Jisele & Ian who were very accommodating while assisting me in searching for a place. Many of my friends in the area have also enlisted their expertise prior. If you’re in need of housing look no further. While I ultimately didn’t pull the trigger on a rental, I will definitely be coming here again in the future. This is how it should be done. Quick & easy.

They were always fair to me and worked well with me. There was a period where a fellow named Justin was just awful (2-stars), but after he left, it went right back to a 5-star business. Ian was great to work with, and he, along with his his staff, were always attentive and kind towards me! They also hired great professionals to attend to any needed repairs. I'd recommend renting from FPM.
