Easiest No-Stress Purchase . I always thought such a large purchase would be difficult and stressful, but Jacquie has everything streamlined and layed out. She answered all of our questions right away and if she didn’t know the answer, she did the research and got back to us quickly! After the dismal real estate sales market this summer, we listed our home for a long-term rental with Jacquie Kellogg and Tim Allen. To date, we have had a great experience with Tim and the team. Our apartment sold again the next year, and when the new owners tried to force us out before our lease was up, Tim helped us communicate with the owners. Jacquie has been relentless in finding a buyer and she is a realtor that can get the job done. Many community members and industry professionals didn’t have faith in my vision of the property potential but Jacquie saw the potential. She not only saw the opportunity the property had but got us the price we were asking for the future potential of the property. Our experience bar none has been awesome. She stayed on top of it and never gave up no matter how much negative input she received from lookers and other real estate professionals. Our home was old but the location was superb.
