Having a Community bank in Flagstaff is the best thing that happened to this town in five years! The customer service at Foothills Bank is second to none! The staff is friendly, and they go out of their way to assist. You do not need an appointment. Everyone welcomes you with open arms and a smile when you walk in.

I honestly can not say enough great things about Foothills Bank of Flagstaff. Randon Cupp and the entire team at Foothills Bank of Flagstaff really goes above and beyond with incredible customer service. They support our local community events and give back to tons of local charities. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and they are long time locals that know the unique environment of Northern Arizona. I love that when you call or stop in you can actually speak to a real person that knows you by name. I highly recommend Foothills Bank of Flagstaff to everyone in Northern Arizona!

This bank is horrible. There's not a lot of choices being in a smaller town and we're stuck here. Can't call our local branch as it goes to the main branch in Yuma. From there, you have to leave a message, so the local branch can call you back. It makes no sense! Don't expect to get help the same day, as it will take a couple of days for them to actually call you back. Also, this bank is NOT supported by Zelle, Venmo. I should've never switched.

I cannot say enough positive things about Foothills bank and Randon Cupp. My husband and I own a small business in Flagstaff, AZ and Randon has been instrumental in helping us. He always returns my emails promptly, he sets up phone conversation appointments, and he reaches out when he feels like he could help. I am not used to this kind of VIP service from banks I have used in the past. He really cares about small businesses and makes you feel like you have an expert on your team that is looking out for you.
