These people are slumlords. I can’t tell you how many problems me and my roommates had living here that we had no way to get help from the landlord at all. The dude was totally absent. Also I haven’t gotten my security deposit back and I’ve been moved out for 3 years. SLUMLORDS

I was a student seeking a place to rent during the school year and was treated very poorly by Allen Ginsberg. I do not know if it was because of my age or my gender that I was treated so unprofessionally. Upon explaining my situation Allen said that I did not sound serious about my inquiries and then continued to tell me I would probably not be approved for the listing I was seeking. I have been saving for a little over a year now and not only was very serious but had enough savings for the years rent. When I contacted him again to tell him I had looked at the place myself (he didn't offer me a showing) and ask if I could come by his offices for an application he very abruptly told me he rented out the listing just an hour ago and hung up on me. Seeking help from another realtor I explained to her my experience with Allen and she was very unfazed whereas he has a reputation for such unprofessional behavior.
