When I found my dream home, I knew I needed to have a Realtor to act on my behalf. Kelly Broaddus was the Realtor I chose based on the interaction I had with her and her son, previously, involving another home I was interested in. Not long afterwords, I made a decision to move forward with an offer on this magnificent house and property that I knew was the home I wanted to purchase. Kelly guided me through the process first by working with me and the sellers as we negotiated on the price and when the sellers accepted, placing a contract on my dream home. Kelly setup the home inspection and connected me with a lender, Phyllis Zanichkowsky, to obtain a mortgage. Kelly was there for me as she guided me every step of the way. She made sure as we moved forward that I was well informed and that I was in agreement with everything taking place. She truly was my best teammate and a great negotiator. She was there for me every step of the way. After looking back at the deal, the negotiations, home inspections, repair request list, helping communicate to lenders, getting to the point of closing on my dream home, I realized I could not have done this alone. Excellent Service. I worked with Rebecca Gainey of Kelly's agency. I live thousands of miles from Flagstaff. Rebecca drove me to see various houses, took videos of each, visited several more houses for me after I left Flagstaff, wrote a couple offers, helped me through the closing process, and is currently supervising contractors making minor repairs to the house. She has provided me notice of upcoming events and been easy to work with throughout the process.

Kelly did an amazing job accommodating our often last minute request to see homes in the fast moving Flagstaff market. We moved cross-country from the East Coast to purchase a home in Flagstaff, and I am SO glad we chose Kelly as our realtor. We selected her based on several Zillow reviews mentioning her expertise in helping with long-distance purchases - they were spot on. We were able to fly to Flagstaff for only one weekend a month ahead of our move to look at homes, and Kelly dedicated almost an entire Saturday to showing us at least a dozen homes, most of which were excellent fits for our budget/size/location needs.
