I needed to rent a car to drive to see family during the Christmas holiday. I dealt with Robbie he was very professional, informative and made the process extremely simple. The car I rented was clean and was a joy to drive. Highly recommended!

Made a reservation on 11/1 for pickup on 11/11. Around 10am on the 11th, Robbie (manager) called and said we won't have any pickup trucks available. I asked why I wasn't notified on 11/1 that they wouldn't have and trucks and he said "well I tried to find you one" I told him this is unacceptable and asked for his supervisor's number, which he would not provide. He said the best he could do is put me in a small SUV. He seemed to think this was acceptable and did not care how this affected my trip. Bear in mind this reservation was 11 days in advance. Enterprise will never get business from my family and I again. Went to Lakeview rentals and rented a truck with no problems whatsoever. AVOID Enterprise!

Reserved a full size SUV for a week, a month in advance of our vacation. Showed up the day of only to be told they are running low on SUVs and we could have a car. After complaining we were given a 10% discount. Still not helpful when we needed an SUV.

Arrive for my 1pm reservation. Building is locked and empty. No one is answering. I called the business phone multiple times and the number provided note on the door stating that you’ll have to wait to turn your car in for drop off /return. Waited over an hour in 100°F in the parking lot while on a time sensitive business trip.
I received 1 call back after 4pm (3 hours later )after I called corporate and canceled. Extremely unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would—never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with Enterprise.

Had an accident and needed a car right away. The guy there told me he would call me with a solution as soon as he could and I had a car the next day! What a life saver that was just before the holidays. Thanks enterprise.
