The manager, AB, is incredibly knowledgeable about the property and always helpful when it comes to answering questions or addressing any concerns. You can tell he really cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Roy, the maintenance guy, is also excellent—he clearly knows what he’s doing and always gets things fixed promptly and properly. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable handling maintenance. Overall, it’s a well-managed, comfortable place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

Living here for the past 2 years has been great! AB and Roy have both helped us out a lot with any questions or making requests ASAP. Our new remodeled apartment is amazing and we can’t wait for all the future upgrades the apartment complex will have in the future. We see ourselves staying here for many years to come thanks to management and the attention at every step of the way!

Our newest management company is the best we've had yet! They are so kind, understanding and helpful. Highly recommend Ponderosa Parkway - in addition to the fantastic staff, we have beautiful views, amazing trails and it's a quiet and safe place to live.

DO NOT RENT OUT ROOM 109. This place was fine at first UNTIL WE HAD COCKROACHES. Even when we were only 2 days moved in, barely any furniture, there were COCKROACHES. It’s disgusting & so unsanitary. We did have it fumigated but that didn’t help. Also, we only got $24 back on our deposit after spending a few days deep cleaning. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance guy, he is AWESOME & so friendly! This place does not deserve him!!! Give him a RAISE. But please, CHECK YOUR APARTMENT THOROUGHLY before moving in. Or do yourself one better & pick a different place. Trust me, it’s not worth it.

Whatever you do don't rent here, I was treated very poorly by management. The office manager Christina is rude and does not answer calls or call back, upon move out she told me to leave keys in apartment because it was a holiday and that was incorrect information. The place is falling apart kitchen cabinets constantly breaking, bathroom and bathtub outdated. I replaced two of their very cheap doors because they broke and I didn't want to get charged for them but yes they still charged me full price saying they were hung incorrect, they will also charge for almost every thing else apon move out. The best decision I ever made was to finally move out of this place. I have rented several other places and this is by far the worst. Oh yes they will probably respond to this post defending themselves but don't believe a word they say just look at all of the negative reviews.

New Management since June July 2024, it has changed for the worst IMO. Unhelpful. Disorganized. Trash on the ground that doesn't get picked up for days. Very low lit area. Mail person is constantly messing up the mail due to the small mail boxes. Front office staff have refused to accept packages so you have to go to the Post Office to pick up your toilet paper if you bought bulk. no air conditioning which is problematic in the Summer if you live on the top floor. faucets get clogged easily. Lots of people move in but don't typically stay long. Too expensive, not worth the money.

There are two great things about living here, the views are amazing and the access to trails is awesome. The second is our maintenance department, excellent. The rest is far below average. These are 38 year old buildings that have not been updated. Old appliances, failing cabinets, old tubs, old sidewalks, poor lighting, I could go on. Keller charges very high rents for the age and condition of this complex. The icing on the cake is this manager is horrible. My advice don't move here.
