We called Christine Farr to list our house. I do not think I could have gotten a more knowledgeable realtor any where else! Christine worked hard to get the listing into MLS quickly, and she stayed on top of everything that came up. Because of her great work, our house sold within 60 days. I know this would not have happened with anyone else. Christine went above & beyond any help expected of a realtor. Christine has the personality, energy & professionalism that makes realtors a pleasure to be around. I will recommend Christine Farr to everybody!!!!!! You will regret it if you don’t! Caldwell Banker should be very proud she is part of their team.

WARNING!! STAY AWAY!!
Working with this company was so difficult. I moved into a worn-down rental that was a massive party house in years past (which we learned from the neighbors.) Any request to get things fixed was, for the most part, ignored. The only way something got fixed was if we reported a gas smell. This was the case with the broken water heater which left us with more than a few nights with only cold water. Eventually they did replace it but only after months of us complaining and them sending handymen who didn’t have authorization to fix anything. The same issue for the ancient oven which we ended up being told “just don’t use it.”

The agents for this nepotistic group are close knit and wholly unresponsive. They really do their best to never do things in writing, they would hate for their lies to have a paper trail. Carla is incredibly two-faced and will act apologetic to your face and push responsibility until you’re hung out to dry. Heather was our agent, and she was unresponsive and claimed our direct replies to her emails went to her spam folder. Heather has been called out in many reviews in the past but is continued to be employed by this company because they’re all friends and don’t care about treating their customers well.

This company has a long publicly available court history that I would recommend checking out before considering working within 1000 feet of them. We unfortunately must go to court so this disgraceful company can’t shake us down to fix things that were broken before we moved in or considered normal wear and tear. We also were never given any official documents for our termination of lease: we were only sent an email tagged from a day earlier saying we had to be out in 29 days (they untruthfully claimed 30.) If you do work with them remember: small claims court is inexpensive to file a claim and lawyers aren't allowed unless both parties agree in writing.

After our lease ended the headache has continued as they performed a second move-out inspection without any tenants present and are claiming we owe a majority of our deposit when the only thing they pointed out on our official move-out was a dirty oven.

Carla Palvik did an outstanding job taking me through the process of selling a house we owned long distance in Flagstaff. Even though we live in Washington state, she was extremely helpful every step of the way. She helped us get our property ready to sell by supplying people to go in and do the maintenance needed. She found someone to tend the yard until the house sold. Carla was always available to answer question and we were so pleased we chose her to be our realtor. I highly recommend Carla and her group.

I should have read the reviews before contacting this company to try and find a rental. I filled out our applications online and paid the fees. I then contacted Heather several times about a house we were interested in. We had the deposit and first month rent in hand ready to go. She never answered my calls and would text back saying "ill find out and call you asap" She never called or texted back. I reached out to her several times. You would think that if someone paid the fees for the credit checks they require they would at least reach out. Nothing. I called the office today to have my refund processed since no one ever reached out to me. They transferred me to Heather's office, shocking she didn't answer. I was unable to leave a voicemail. Probably because her voicemail is full of angry people. So I called her cellphone again. No answer. I texted her stating my problem. We will see if she responds. I am doubtful. Even if we didn't qualify for a house someone should still reach out and tell us that. Not just ghost us.

Do not work with this company, they are the absolute most unprofessional company to work with and have zero regard for the rental properties they manage. Melanie Zaharson lied to us about being able to sell our home, lied to us about the state our home was in and changed lease agreements so they benefited her, and tried to use security deposit money that was not hers to use. It was a terrible experience and I would take your business elsewhere.

I just closed my first loan with Tahona Epperson. Her communication skills and sense of urgency allowed us to close early, saving the sellers money and making the borrowers very happy.

We showed up to appointments to find out they had double-booked us and the realtor still wasn't even there; called, left voicemails, and texted for days on end before we ever heard back, and even then it wasn't ever substantial responses, just something like, "I'll let you know." Three weeks went by after we put in our application for a home with absolutely no answer, putting my partner and I the closest we've ever been to homelessness (we would have been if a different company hadn't come through for us). I truly wish I would have read the other reviews here before giving my time and energy to a company that ignored and wasted it. Avoid at all costs.
