Since contacting Billie via email in March 2020 to start the search for our first home, she has been very responsive, prompt, and incredibly helpful. We reached out to numerous local realtors in Flagstaff and Billie got back to us in under an hour. To our shock, all other realtors we contacted did not email us back. Billie asked if we could video chat to go over our priorities for a home and how she could best fit our needs. She immediately set up a FlexMLS alert for us with our search parameters, sending us emails within minutes of properties becoming available. From the start, Billie listened to all of our requests and reassured us that she had worked remotely with other homebuyers before. We were trying to find our house while in Kansas and right when the pandemic hit—two difficult obstacles that Billie handled with ease.

When we expressed interest in a home, Billie went to the location within a day and took videos with her expert commentary. One of her many great strengths was how responsive and accessible she was throughout the process. We chose a weekend to visit Flag and hopefully find a home, and she was quick to schedule walkthroughs at each home we were interested in, providing one-pagers on each property. When we decided to make an offer on a home, she spent the entire day making sure that would happen, despite only being scheduled for a half-day with her. Billie was quick with advice, resolutions, and taking care of everything, really. When we heard the first home we put an offer on had six other offers, she reassured us by contacting the sellers’ realtor and getting the inside scoop.

We ended up putting an offer in on a different home under asking price that was a perfect fit for us. Billie had wonderful recommendations for what inspections should occur and the inspectors she has worked closely with in the past. Billie has built an extensive network in Flagstaff and has great rapport with many realtors. She helped us find a gem of a home in a seller’s market and did a fantastic job!

Billie helped us find our dream home amidst a pandemic with kindness and ease. During the entire home-buying process, Billie put in a lot of work (even after hours) and she always had our best interests in mind.
