If you love not sleeping because the buildings are so old you can hear every single thing your neighbors do this is the place for you! The water is also shut off a lot of the time due to leaks in old pipes with little to no notice which is highly inconvenient. Also love the construction workers that are living next to me that smoke outside my door! It is great for my allergies... They also make you pay a $20 fee for a valet trash service that picks and chooses if they want to pick up your trash. The cost of a one bed one bath Apt is the same price as a mortgage on a house when two bed and three bed apts are cheaper...explain how that makes any sense.

For one of the highest prices of living in the town. The facility is old, they dont do simple things for their renters. No help with getting your packages or grace periods. If your gonna live for this much. Might as well live at a spot that benifits you more.

Maintenance came within the week, and repaired my laundry space door that had fell off its hinges. I’ve always given them permission to enter when I’m not home and I’ve never had an issue with anything. They’ve always been quick and respectful of my space, and are always very kind!

Being at Woodcrest has been great, staff is amazing and very attentive. I do wish there were more grills for community use. I also wish there were bike racks as you can not store them on your patio only in your storage closet on the patio which is small. I also wish you could hang stuff on your patio like lights. And lastly I hope they make their gym 24hours. Since I work nights and sleep during the day it’s impossible for me to use the gym or any other amenities. But overall with staff and my apartment itself it has been great.

Maintenance was completed within a reasonable amount of time; <1 week. Request was handled promptly. After the snow, the sidewalks and stairs are well maintained.

2,000$ for a one bedroom is ridiculous for what you get. our apartment had multiple issues walking in along with it taking about a month or two for the smell of cat pee to go away. i do love the walking trail around the apartment and they have lots of poop bags throughout the complex. our key card didn’t work the entire time of living there, i think we got it “fixed” 4-5 times. although the hot tub has also been broken like our entire lease, we were able to go maybe twice. appliances and such are outdated and dirty looking. drawers wobbly, back door and fridge had broken parts. there was no lights in the living room or bedroom which was odd. two weeks before our lease ended, my roommate got a call from the manager Penny, who was very rude and told us we needed to leave so people could move in as if we didn’t have two weeks left. they also inspected a week prior to us moving out when we were still in the process of cleaning and moving stuff out. lastly, i cleaned with bleach top to bottom, leaving it cleaner than we received it and yet our deposit was supposedly used towards cleaning—still leaving us a fee to owe. lastly maintenance team and the lady named Faith was very nice.

Move in went okay and apartment so far is fine. We seem to be well adjusted so far. Everyone is so friendly. The location is perfect as it is close to shopping and eating areas.

the price and quality are pretty average for the area as far as one bedroom apartments go, the appliances give me some attitude but no more than I've experienced at other places in flagstaff. but the office staff and maintenence are lovely people and that's what brought me to write a review. very friendly and kind and welcoming. good communication. the appliances give me attitude but the people here are on my side.

I would recommend this place to people who like to be walking distance to restaurants, groceries, gas stations, there's even trails of you don't mind walking a couple miles. it's a good location for anyone wanting to be more in town near the NAU side.
