My claim is delayed because of amount differences which I've been told is coming out of my settlement. The truck is a total loss but yet it sits and accumulates interest everyday because of a disagreement on the total the shop sent for what was done while there. And everyday that it just sits the more it cost to pay it off and the less my settlement is. I don't believe the shop is in the wrong I believe my adjuster needs to quit delaying the submitted bill and go forward before my settlement is nothing. My agent Eric Boatner has tried to help but his hands are tied due to it being 2 different departments now. Im the only lower in this situation and no one is doing anything about making all this right. How can a $3800 estmate by the adjuster turn to a total loss and then argue over the price the shop submitted for there work done that the adjuster should of seen and totalled it right away. Needless to say im stuck with a truck I don't like because I had to start paying rental out of pocket when the proper amount of time to do what was needed ended up in arguments over the bill. Not happy with this whole experience.
Follow up- i thought I was writing a review about my problems with the adjuster. Eric boatner deserves a 5 star rating he has went out of his way to help me resolve this issue, and has done a awesome job getting me answers when no one else would. I would recommend family and friends to him as an agent. I am grateful for all his help.

I was informed by this office that having water damage from a roof leak would not qualify for me to file a claim for damages. I was informed that my claim would be denied and I would be penalized for attempting to file a claim for existing water damage. I was also informed that I would have to hire a restoration company to come and assess damage and that the insurance company would not do that. At this point I’m not sure what I’m paying them for as a homeowner. I’m am extremely disappointed in the lack of support.

Had some issues/questions in regards to our various policies. Mr. Boatner took the time to explain in layman’s terms what each policy covered. Very helpful. Our previous agent closed her office and our insurance was transferred to Flagstaff. Finally have an agent that seems to genuinely care about his clients.
