Matt was very nice and knowledgeable about RVs and RV repair.
He completed our repairs well and cleaned up after himself, which was a pleasant surprise.
There were two issues we had though. The first being the price. We, my husband and I, asked Matt what the worst case scenario would be to make the repairs. He gave us a dollar amount which we were satisfied with. HOWEVER, once the bill arrived, it was $800 more than he told us. 😱 The other issue came the day after the invoice was due. I got a call to tell me I owed the company money. I was fully aware of what I owed but even a bank has a grace period. And I also know that a small business depends on money to keep moving forward, but calling one day after the bill was due was a bit unprofessional in our opinion.
Would we recommend Matt? Sure. But we would advise whomever is going to use him to have the estimate in writing and make sure it states in writing the maximum that can be charged.

Matt diagnosed my problem OVER THE PHONE since he couldn't come immediately... told me what to do... I went in to Mountain View, got my part and fixed it MYSELF! And I'm am NOT a nuts and bolts kind of gal. Thank you so much, Matt for taking the time to chat with me this morning!!

If you have a problem Matt is your guy. He was so nice, troubleshooting over the phone, upfront with all costs and what to expect, prompt diagnostic and completion of the work. He went above an beyond, even called my warranty company to get authorization and approval for everything, I didn't have to do a thing. He cleaned up and sent pictures of all work when completed. We are super appreciative and will be calling him again and recommending him to everyone. Thanks Survivor RV.

I had an issue and the two guys came out, and checked everything, the issue was fixed in a matter of minutes, service call was an affordable price, the guys were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpfull, I would recommend them to anyone that has an RV that has issues.

Matt came out promptly and worked his tail off to get our hydraulic jacks up. Trouble shot it first, figured out what was wrong, and then worked tirelessly to get them up. I would highly recommend calling him and having him help you out. His price was very reasonable and fair as well!!! Thanks again!!!
