Laurel is an irresponsible insurance agent. Her or her office help hasn't been in the office for over a year. She pretends everyone is working. I've had an insurance problem they caused and are pretending to help me. I'm beginning to think they took my money and went to Mexico. I think the main office needs to check on her books AND fiances, something weird is up. If this doesn't get resolved we will be going to court. Get another job Laurel you're a mess. Look at your reviews, over a year ago. Go to work girl, you're a disgrace to the company.

Accidently called the wrong office. Whoever picked up instead of helping bluntly said "I'm really busy rn I can't help you." Hung up! I feel Sorry for the individuals doing business here at this farmers insurance branch. Really rude not even helpful to a simple mistake.
