I moved here from Kaneohe Hawaii last July..2024. Very fortunate to find my new home in Buckeye Az..SGI was so helpful in making that move smooth and stress free. I love my new home. So much so I have already renewed my lease for another year. My property manager is very accessible and efficient. Amy was so helpful during our moving process!!! I’m a first time renter and she was so patient and kind in regards to my questions and concerns! We specifically went through SGI because of the great reviews but our experience was such a disappointment. The leasing agents were very responsive during the application process but the house was a huge disappointment. Glasses and cleaning supplies left behind. Stains on walls, nails still in walls, holes in walls not patched or painted over, broken blinds, no water running in the sink in one bathroom, electric circuit pops every time we use the microwave so half the power goes out in the kitchen and living room. Pretty sure if I left this house like this at the end of my lease they would charge me a cleaning fee. Moving is such a hard process and this whole experience just gave me more to do. One more thing. They only gave us one key to the house knowing two adults signed the lease. Such an inconsiderate thing to do.

SGI has been managing two condo rentals I own in downtown Phoenix for many years. They are prompt with questions, have a portal with all correspondence, do a great job dispatching any vendor needed. I highly recommend SGI to manage yours!

Additionally, the follow up from Jessi W. and the SGI team is incredible. Rather you are needing a management company for your property or needing a home to rent SGI is the way to go.
