I rented from RPM in May 2020 during COVID. I liked one of the apartments. I checked it out with my friend. It smelled like dog urine. I had decided I wanted it. I was tired of looking. Had been looking for a place for 2 months. I found the apartment online. Hit the heart button to marked it so I could go back to the apartment online so I can go back to that address. They came back and said they cleaned it. I took it anyway and went the day before I moved to clean. I took pictures of everything. Walls, paint , marks. I took some of the walls on the porch, I sent my pictures in and the owner dropped off a $50 gift card for Target because it was filthy. Not dirty filthy . I paid $900 deposit. In 2021 in May my rent went from $999 to $1099. 6 months later I got a notice that in January, 5 months before my second year starts the rent was going up to $1400 a month. My last month was April 2022. I found a condo bigger that the apartment gated community and I would have a garage. So I’m waiting for my full deposit because I did pay my friend to clean it. They only gave me $400 blaming all the marks and paint defects on me. I fought it with the office but they still didn’t give me my money. I writing this now because that place came up again. The women who worked there during the time I lived there were rude. There was only 1 nice lady there. My first summer the water was hot. Hard to shower. They sent a tech out. The water heater had a plate covering the gadgets. So I couldn’t see the temp. So he said it was set at 130 degrees it should be 120 degrees. Well the water heater wasn’t broke so I was charged $100 for service fee. I guess they didn’t care I had to wash my hair in kitchen sink, then washed my face in bathroom then shower my body before the water got to hot. I would rent from RPM ever again and have warned my friends. If I could post pictures I would. I will be posting on yelp

RPM has been an excellent choice for us, from getting our condo rented to repairs that needed done, they have made our experience as landlords a very worry free one.

Rhonda had it rented within a few weeks of putting it on the market and the tenants are still there after over 2 years.

Marie has been great to work with, any repairs that have been taken care of, in a quick efficient manner and she even looked for a second option if she felt it was warranted.

I had some questions about the rent we were charging and Gene did research for our area and got right back to me with great information and suggestions, I really appreciated that!

Anytime I've emailed Clint, he has responded within 24hrs.

It's tough to choose a management company to care for your property especially when you live far away. RPM has been an excellent choice for us, we feel they've earned every dime!

Have nothing but great things to say about RPM. I've given them 3 referrals because of the excellent service they provide. Always received awesome customer service from my leasing agent Carrie. She was always easy to get in touch with, up front and honest, and notified me any time repairs needed to be completed. When it finally came time to sell my property, Carrie was happy to assist with the process even though that essentially meant she was losing a customer. We recently had a vacancy in our Tempe townhouse, and it only took Carrie Janeal with Real Property Management East Valley a week or so to find the perfect new tenant for us. She was very easy to work with and responded quickly to questions we had. She made the experience smooth and effortless for us, handling all the details from start to finish. We have had RPM as property managers for a couple of years now and appreciate the quarterly maintenance visits they make to the unit. This is my first 'ever' posting for a customer service experience--one that should be shared, viewed by many, and used as an example of "the best of the best". Real Property Management impressed us from the very beginning demonstrating the core competencies that insured our home was professionally marketed, tenants properly screened, and assurances that our investment was cared for and well protected. Simple right? Not with out the team of professionals that have been assembled to insure total quality. Our sales professional (Rae) created a marketing brochure highlighting the unique amenities of our home. Within 5 days she had shown the property 6 times and found the perfect tenant. We then moved to Rhode Island and we were in constant contact with RPM through every step of the process. RPM removed every obstacle that was presented (yes, sometimes moving in and moving out can be stressful). From maintenance and lawn care issues, movers damaging light fixtures, unanticipated garage door repairs, and getting pest control issues resolved, they were engaged and insured all were resolved without issue. Additionally, the communication and professionalism from the entire support team was impressive. Clear, accurate, and concise monthly statement sent timely, notification of potential repairs/concerns addressed in advance with proper owner/Tenant communication. With 33 years in the customer service game, I felt the passion to share this story as it is truly unique, refreshing, and so well needed in today's world of feigned customer service programs .
