I live on the East Coast. AZ Prime managed my property for about 10 years. Dominic Arnold got it rented quickly between tenants, and was excellent during the tricky COVID-19 lockdown negotiating with me and tenant to avoid eviction and/or long vacancy. I think AZ Prime kept repairs to essential only and with a fair price.
The office staff were so helpful! So patient! And very professional. I have “Portal Phobia” and they always helped me.

Overall I had good experience with AZ Prime, when they said there is no hidden fees, they truly mean it and the overall price is really decent compare with most of the property management companies. And they provide the best overall experience so far for my property. Strongly recommend AZ Prime Property Management.

AZ Prime has been a breath of fresh air. There were a few challenges as I settled in, namely the utility transfer service. But this management company and team have been so responsive in helping to get everything sorted in a timely fashion. A++

Mariel, at AZprimeProperties was very kind and helpful in getting some tax info together for a meeting I have tomorrow. I am a bit of a klutz when it comes to certain high tech endeavors. She saved me a lot of time and hopefully I didn't take too much of hers.

Ida was a huge help throughout the whole move and move out process, anytime I had a question or concern she was always willing to help, and would make sure I understood everything we went over!
