We only rented through Caldwell Property Management for a year but found them all prompt and efficient getting back to us and also quite patient. We had never rented before so we had many questions that may have seemed quite silly on reflection, but they always responded kindly and with the information we needed. Wendy was extra patient considering I thought I knew how to screw in a light bulb, turns out I was wrong 😆Thanks guys! You were great.

I have had a wonderful experience renting a home managed by Caldwell Property Management. I have rented in a lot of places including other houses and apartments. It can sometimes be a real gamble if you'll get property managers who seem to actually care about tenants in more than just words.

I have found Caldwell to be very responsive and reliable. The few times I've had to make an emergency call, they had my back. When I've needed to make changes on the lease, they make it super easy. When I've needed repairs around the house, they get it done in an organized way. The contractors they hire to do that work have been awesome as well. Heck, even the guys who have come to do our rental inspection are super nice.

Renting can be frustrating sometimes, and I'm grateful to Caldwell PM for keeping things easy, and having our back when we need it.
