Brennan Property Management has managed six of my rental properties for seven years. I couldn’t be more pleased. When I have a tenant move out of any of my properties Randee Brennan normally has a new tenant in place within a few days. She checks credit, does background checks and is very careful who she rents too. In seven years I’ve never had a tenant not pay their monthly rent.
One thing that is so important to me is when a repair needs to be done she has contacts with various repair people that does the repairs a a responsible price. I never receive a call from a tenant. Randee handles everything. If a major repair is needed she contacts me to get my approval.
I highly recommend Brennan Property Management.

Before I decided to sell, Randee Brennan was my property manager for several years and did a great job for me.Then deciding to sell my home John and his whole team were awesome! There was a lot to be done to get the house ready to sell. While I was living in California John and his team handled so much for me and got my house sold very quickly. I've been a tenant with Brennan Property Management for about 4 years now and couldn't be more satisfied. From day 1 when I first applied Randee ensured that she would have something to suite my family's needs and she was right.
I have moved into another property by Brennan and even better!

Randee has rented out a home with bad tenants. These tenants are disrespectful and do not respect the HOA. If you like to hear 3 dogs bark all day and all night live by a Randee rental. After a phone call 3 months ago to Randee she said she would take care of it. Now she won’t answer phone calls, texts, or emails. Very unprofessional! Ironic that Gary Carson praised her in a review? Hey Gary, thanks for allowing Randee to bring down our neighborhood with a home you own! Hopefully HOA will contact Randee and Gary Carson to fix this problem.

We were managed by a lazy, unresponsive, short-cut-taking maintenance manager before BPM took over. Randee & her company BPM did a phenomenal job! They responded promptly, got every issue we had taken care of immediately and she always followed through with her plans for the property. You can trust BPM will be there when you need them!!
