Specifically, Sandra Torres, the maintenance coordinator, as she always responds very quickly to my needs. Repairs are completed quickly and thoroughly. Great service! Thank you Sandra!

I have been dealing with Simply Property Management for exactly 2 weeks. They don't return calls, emails, online requests...NOTHING! I predict nothing but trouble from them for the balance of the year and I have put in a formal request to the BOD to have them removed. WARNING...do not hire this company!!!

We had a leak in our bathroom that went into the kitchen ,simply had one place come out and they said it would take over a month and we would have to leave the home on short notice. They then sent Jesus Ramero the maintenance guy I believe and he killed it. He came in told us exactly what was going on that we didn't have to leave but we had the option... He literally got everything done in two weeks.. the bathroom is so beautiful the smell of mold and all the mold is gone as well as the leaks. He takes his time and does the job the right way.. he is super nice family man that is a hard worker and takes pride in his work and it truly shows.... If people have issues going on in there homes that go through this company I would def have them send him out and do the work.. he also fixed the washer which was draining into a sink and now everything is done the bathroom is beautiful ,def beyond my expectations... Jesus you are truly appreciate and may God bless your family.. we hope we don't have any other issues but if we do we will def be telling them to send only him to do the job..... Thanks again and we appreciate you Jesus..

It’s always a pleasure speaking with Sandra Torres, she is helpful and always returns my call in a timely manner. If I have something that needs to be done, she see to it that it gets done. I have not had a lot of interaction with her but when I did speak with her, in the office or on the phone, she was very pleasant to talk to. I appreciate Sandra’s kindness.

Cara and Jennifer at Simply Property Management are easy to talk to helpful and understanding. They have worked with me throughout personal issues that has arisen during my leasing experience. Cara is very cool and laid back, and she always address any concerns I may have in a timely manner. Jennifer is the bubbly one that makes you laugh with a warm approach, together, they balance eachother out which make the office a well rounded environment, and I’m a happy tenant, because we know how these property management companies can get in AZ. However ,I appreciate you guys at Simply Property Management, and thanks for all your support. I will continue to reach out to you guys when needed. This is my second year at this property, and it’s been all good!!!:)

Poor communication. Leave voicemails, send emails, and get nothing in return. If you leave a voicemail chances are it will get deleted and not actually reviewed by someone.

This place was one of the worst places to deal with. Just one example, They let me go without hot water for 2 weeks. I burned my arm after boiling water for my kids bath. Their repairman let me know he failed to show for an appointment because they failed to pay him. Sandra was unresponsive and rude when she did answer. Cara wasn't much better and always referred me to Sandra. What they did was illegal. My guess is their treatment of their tenants is proportional to the niceness of the location of the property. Unfortunately my apartment was in a low income area.

0 stars, no communication with the client, you have to wait 3 to 4 days to get a response. No good customer service.!No meeting with the customer to explain what’s going on
