I have to say that anything less than five stars from any of these people is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure that they're from renters that messed up the place and they're upset about paying for the damages that they have done. I'm a homeowner and I can tell you that the fees that Helios charges not only for renewing the lease to advertising your home for you to communication to total and complete compassion for everyone involved is nothing less than stellar. I've had property management companies before that have completely destroyed my confidence in them. Lance took over two rental properties of mine and fixed everything that the previous Property Management was negligent on, repaired relationships with my renters as well. I read these few less than savory reviews and I have to think they may me undereducated in the rental world. You put holes in the wall you pay to repair them. I just want to say thanks Lance for always getting me the very best renters in my homes. He cares about the tenants and he cares about homeowners . He has ny business for life. Thank you Lance and your team for being top notch.

We loved renting from Lance and Helios while living in a 1 bedroom in Tempe. They were quick to answer with questions and concerns when they would arise. They manage and communicate affectively with the property owners, HOA, and renters, which can be a lot to juggle at once. Lance went above and beyond in several ways: drove to Tempe from their office location across the valley so that we could have access to the property in a timely manner, provided a washer/dryer hook up within a week of move-in and did not charge us extra for it, and even paid for our first year of parking passes. I have never had a landlord that actually took care of their tenants this way. We are moving due to space issues, but would stay with Helios if we could.

I must say, I have been nothing but thrilled and given the best service with having Helios Property Management since they took over managing the property were I'm currently renting. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻The owner deserves a great property manager especially with the wonderful home she has provided. So far, they have provided a wonderful service with trustworthy, patient, vendors. They were even ok wearing booties when it didn't make their job easier.

I've been working with Helios Property Management for some time now, and they always deliver the best service possible. It's nice leaving my properties in good hands, and I'm stress-free! They did a great job renting out my properties. Lance, especially, took the time to answer all my questions. He gave me the best advice when it came to my properties and continues to do so. Beyond happy with Lance and Helios for the work they do.

Best property managers I have ever had. Rare to find people that are professional and care about you as situations occur. Best experience renting in the last 7 years. Timely address service request, follow up on services under their care and easy to get a hold of with fast communication. Would highly recommend to anyone renting!

Be careful with this management company. They are the biggest scammers. They rip you off after moving out. My family and I spent 3 days cleaning the house after we moved out and there was not a scratch in the house. The property manager named Lance charged me over $2000 including $300 for drywall, $600 for cleaning, $400 for landscaping, toilet paper holder, towel bar, trash removal, paint, lightbulbs, carpet cleaning., this list goes on…
I will be suing them for sure.
