Very poor service. I'm a 100 percent disabled Vietnam veteran and I have always received my VA benefits money on the 1st of every month. Some idiot in Washington State has a vendetta against me because I tt her supervisor in Mt Vernon to ask for a new Care provider that would actually work with me to get my VA benefits and my health reviews in a timely manner. The current person doesn't even know who I am and what healthy prescriptions I need.
After being told I need to stay with my current caregiver for my health reviews I have no money no vehicle no food and have moved out of the State.
Now Sterling has told me that I have to appeal the fidcuary decision to get my money back so I can get my apartment complex in Oro valley Tucson and have a used truck for my use and my son will drive me around.
We are currently homeless now and Sterling has been no help for us to get my VA benefits money back soon. I've checked the state laws and find no way Sterling has the right to withholding any of my money.
We're told that I have to appeal it to get my VA money back soon.
I would never recommend Sterling to anyone else. I'm a decorated Viet Nam vet who just needs my VA money back now not the days/weeks it'll take to get my VA money back now.
There's a Christian radio station nearby Sterling so I will get there and I'll broadcast this on the radio station nearby Sterling and spread the word to other Christians in the area that I have been struggling to live every day.
