Just wanted to share what a great experience I had at Copper State Credit Union today! I popped in to make a deposit, and Jordan helped me out. He was super nice and got everything done quickly and efficiently – exactly what you want when you're banking. The whole place has a really friendly and comfortable vibe too. Definitely appreciate the great service!

Great experiences with this credit union. All the tellers are friendly and thorough. Sometimes there's a weight in line.But that's only because they're being thorough and giving good service so,its worth it.Amy Ward the branch manager is exceptional. She has helped me on a number of occasions with business transactions. She truly cares about her members, it shows in the effort she puts forward to help in situations. Professional and curious, it's hard to come by these days,grateful for this credit union.

I love the people and the service at Copperstate Credit Union so much, that I’m moving to Sedona, and I’m not even going to change banks. I can do so much efficiently online, that I don’t see the need. Plus they have no fee machines located in spots that are convenient! So if I need cash, I’m all set. 👍 I will look forward to coming back to Anthem, with some regularity, to see my brother and so I may say hi to the friendly people at my Copperstate Credit Union in Anthem!

Service is great with all the tellers I have encountered... but I do have a favorite. I'm not sure how long I have been a member but Eileen has been there the whole time. She is my go to. Always friendly, quick and exceptional service.
