I'm an owner and HOA board member at a community that IFPM currently manages. We had so much baggage and nonsense from a previous management company that seemed like such a dire,hopeless situation. Gretchen stepped in and cleaned up the mess that was left behind and has us on track for the future. We're getting stuff done that had been forever pending and likely would've stayed that way indefinitely and its all due to her diligent work, tenacity and "get-er-done" attitude. I also wanted to mention that the community online portal is wonderful. The community has access to all the HOA docs, Request Forms, etc...Thank you IFPM. Thank you Gretchen!

Our HOA hired Integrity First a year ago and have been very impressed with the company. We have business professionals on our HOA board, as well as community members with prior board and business experience, who were very dissatisfied with our prior mgt company. Integrity First is very professional with a good deal of experience. They provide a thorough board packet 5 days before the board meeting; keep a detailed compliance log online; and works very cooperatively with the board and community. In addition, everything is available to the community online through passworded account for each member: HOA minutes, CC&Rs, fine schedule, member’s account. This is a major improvement.

Working with Shauna Richardson and Integrity First Property Management is a nightmare. They have sent us multiple fines without any proof of violations. When I requested proof, I was met with rudeness, a lack of responsive, abundant uttler lack of integrity.

Won't give you the manual on what's expected but also will fine you and not respond to your emails or calls. They don't do anything for the community either. You're giving them money and it goes straight to their pockets.
