My husband, dog, and I have lived here since 2023 and we adore Bela Rosa! Misty and the team are awesome. The team is so attentive if there are any issues going on and want to help you. The complex is quiet, clean, and has lots of amenities. Our place truly feels like home and we are forever grateful for Bela Rosa!

I am so thankful for the Bela Rosa team! Recently, a tarantula was in front of my apartment and Drew and Misty came over within minutes and safely removed her from the building -the best part is she was released alive in the wild. Thanks Drew! 🙌🏼

Misty and Charlie are both cool people. Misty is always helpful and very patient. One time, Charlie intercepted a phone call from FedEx and personally called me to give me the information to make sure my package was delivered on time.

Been a resident for 3 years & put in a service request the other day for our broken kitchen faucet. They replaced it today with the nicest faucet I've ever had. No mess left behind either and I'm very, very pleased. Thank you, Maintenance team!

I've been looking for apartments for months. I've toured several apartments and each of them have their little "Thing", but Bella Rosa caught my heart. From the moment I walked into the clubhouse area, I was welcomed by the staff. Charlie, Misty, and Rubi were all amazing, and made me feel like I was part of a family. The pool was clean, and full of people having fun. The grounds were kept in great order, and the apartments themselves were roomy and welcoming. The clubhouse always has fresh, cold, tasty water, and hot coffee as well as popcorn to greet me in the morning or afternoon. No matter when I walk into the office, the staff is always willing and ready to help me with any requests (not that I have many). Bella is definitely a place I am happy to call home.

I have been in Bela Rosa Apartments for 3 months. There are a few things I really love about this place.
1. Gas Appliances- I love cooking on the gas stove and gas is more economical than electric
2. Maintenance- I haven't needed much, a few can lights, minor electrical, and air filters changed but the ease of making a request online and the quick response for the maintenance staff has always been great.
3. Gardeners- Even though they get started early, this place is really kept up well for the lawn is always green and cut and the bushes are all kept trimmed.
I would recommend Bela Rosa Apartments to anyone looking to live in a well maintained and quiet community.

Can’t wait to move in! Misty showed my wife and I around the area, and she absolutely killed it! Wonderful customer service, great price and great apartment!
