First of all, it was total luck finding Jeff. My wife and I had been considering moving to Arizona since late 2019. After several trips to the area, we knew exactly what we wanted but did not know how to approach buying a house in a different state. We spent a ridiculous amount of time online using the standard apps. Once we found a house and were ready to get serious, my wife called Jeff's number and asked for some info. She remembered seeing his name and website and thought he could maybe point us in the right direction.

After meeting Jeff for the first time over the phone we both knew he was "our guy". Jeff's attention to detail, willingness to put the customers needs first, and his expertise of the Phoenix area are just a few of the many qualities he possesses. Being from out of state he immediately went to the house we were interested in take photos and videos for us to see. His knowledge of the area and in particular, the house we were interested in, helped us greatly. He knew everything and was somehow able to foreshadow the sale for us. Almost completely aligned with Jeff's road map, we had our offer in and escrow closed in a month. After the offer was accepted, Jeff also put us in touch with some of his other contacts for title and lending options who were just as pleasant, helpful, and as knowledgeable as he is. No one in Jeff's circle including his son Cameron, who also helped us out with several viewings, was pushy or trying to "sell" us into their offerings or service. We ended up using them anyway because they were hands down better on all counts then doing it on our own.

As long as we are in Arizona I will never use another broker or realtor for my real estate needs. Jeff Seman is the best.
