Nothing is being done about the Piegon issue at Palomino Pointe it's disgusting!! Here is what your apartment will look like for the foreseeable future. The HOA is aware but nothing is being done

This company has for some reason taken over managing our HOA and I'm not impressed. I've called several times for Maureen and it's a waste of my time to even call anymore. I sent several long emails with many questions and I get no reply.....at best, her email responses are one liners and do not address any issues. If I were in charge, I'd replace them today with ANYONE! HOA meeting tonight, let's see if things are different face to face....not holding my breath.

Our association just hired these people to manage our condos. The young man did return my phone call but didn't even know if he had a copy of our CC & Rs to refer to. He acted fairly clueless and unprepared to answer any questions. Not looking forward to this.

They don't deserve any stars Rude Rude Rude. I repeat don't get them to manage your properties it will be the biggest mistake. They treat residents like trash. they are so unwilling to do anything I have no idea why they got in the business

They never answer the phone, they don't return phone calls after messages are left, you can't stop by and see them, and they can't keep a homeowners account straight. Very poor service to homeowners.
