I was overdue updating my Trust & Will. So glad I found Safeguard Estate & Financial! I received professional and expert assistance-at half the cost! Overall my wife's and my have been excellent. Everyone we met and worked with was friendly and willing to help us understand the process. The only exception would be with the gentleman who provided our orientation to and guided our signing of the various trust documents. He was exceptionally knowledgeable - but has a propensity to excessively rush (even when asking him a question via telephone) the process. This made it difficult to understand - even close to the end when he asked if we had any questions. Which we did, but felt that "he was under a time constraint" and needed to finish the process so he could move on to other client's. We continue to have a few questions and are usually able to get excellent advice from the Executive Secretary.

We engaged the Tucson Safeguard company to set up a family trust and have been very pleased with their service. Safeguard staff did an outstanding job of preparing our estate plan. Each of the staff explained the step by step process and ensured all our questions were answered and addressed to our satisfaction. During the final phase, we received a packet that completely detailed all aspects of our plan. They also included information packets for our family members we selected as trustees. The last staff member we met, with did a fantastic job of presenting the material. She clearly was well trained and knowledgeable regarding Safeguard's products. She was pleasant, polite and patient in dealing with our questions. I would highly recommend this organization to our friends and family.

Two days ago, we met with Thomas M. to receive 'delivery' of our 'Family Trust.'
He maintained a friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor throughout our time together.
He was personally engaging and seemed to genuinely desire to help us to feel comfortable.
Never did we feel that we were being 'rushed thru' the process of being informed of the contents of our 'Family Trust!' Along the way, sufficient time was allowed to supply answers to our questions; without any indications, in his demeanor, of impatience or exasperation.
Thus far, SAFEGUARD ESTATE and FINANCIAL has 'left a good impression' on us...

My sister and I use them to create our separate trusts since we purchased a home together and we wanted to make sure we were both covered when one of us passes away. We were very pleased with safeguards service. I was most pleased with our final notary, Sandra Curto, She went through the final documents in great detail And addressed any of my questions.
I would give five stars, except I was a little less pleased with the first attorney that I was introduced to. Our situation was complicated and he could’ve handled it better. The primary attorney Mark stepped in and did a great job however.
