Do NOT rent with this company, Complete scam artist, For starters they will not help insure repairs on done within a reasonable time, they allowed us to be left with many repairs needed for months, including a cracked toilet for 3 months. When we moved into the home it was dirty, many of the appliances were broken
When it came time to move out they want to keep our deposit to pay for repairs that were already needed when we moved in. If you rent through them be very cautious and do not expect them to be honest.

I have employed Platinum Realty both to purchase homes in Phoenix and as my property manager of rental properties. As a realtor they were very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs and questions. As my property manager they are second to none. For a very reasonable monthly management fee they collect and distribute rental fees, address and rectify any delinquent payments, schedule all necessary home repairs, find new renters if/when necessary complete with background checks. I highly recommend Platinum Realty.

Everyone has been fantastic to work with. They easily accommodated out move schedule and made the process a breeze. When the previous tenants did not clean the unit thoroughly, the group promptly had the unit cleaned before move-in. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend renting/buying with this company! Platinum Realty has been an excellent partner in helping us manage our rental property. They take care of vetting prospective renters, collecting rent, managing contracts and repairs, and even eviction if necessary. If there are needed repairs, owners can either use their own vendors or have Platinum contact theirs. They have taken all the headache out of owning a rental property.

Great performance from John my agent always responds to my calls, text, and emails promptly never leaves me hanging and always follows up with me on any questions I may have. Same goes for the broker and lately he has been sending updates to what’s going on in the areas where we have rental properties. It’s very informative knowing just what the value of your properties are in your areas. I have been with them about 10yrs.

I rented a home managed by platinum realty. I had a plumbing issue on a weekend that needed to be called into the emergency line. I listened to the call on speaker with the plumber and heard the person that answered authorize the repair. I was then stuck with the bill as the platinum representative stated the repair was not authorized and stated they were backed up by the plumber from Rainforest plumbing. $485.00 was taken from my damage deposit.

We have lived at the 4700 N. 40th Street property since June, 2021 - we were so excited to live here, as it's a great location and attractive property. Don't let looks and location fool you...right from the start it was a bumpy ride - issues with the contract, issues with the garage door opener - it wouldn't open, garbage from the previous tenant left in the garage that we had to get rid of, carpet not clean and no fresh paint where it was clearly needed. The rooftop balcony is a lovely idea, but it's dirty and dusty with no access to water for keeping it clean (dirty when we moved in, as were the bedroom balconies). Then, there are the bugs...sooo many crickets and we had a scorpion in our kitchen sink! Our neighbors have complained of scorpions as well, there are a lot of moths, red ants and other little bugs too. As a tenant, you are responsible for bug straying - so expect to add that to your expenses each month. Then as you can see - there's a serious trash issue. These pics were taken today - similar pics were taken well over a month ago and much of the same trash remains. It's disgusting - dirty, smelly and frustrating, especially when rent is so high. We've requested that they have someone clean the area and nothing has happened yet. Lastly, there's some issue with the kitchen light fixture, as bulbs are constantly burning out. As tenants we are responsible for bulb replacement - and if maintenance changes your bulbs without your consent you get charged for the bulbs and for the handyman bill (not good!). So, needless to say, we don't recommend this property. There are so many beautiful places in the Phoenix area...you can do better for the price.

I disclosed my credit score before applying, was told it would not be an issue, after applying I was rejected for - you guessed it - my credit score, but hey at least they made their money, right?

The response claims the fee is only what it costs them to run the credit report, but I had a copy of the credit report already which they could have had for free, a credit report I got from another rental agency that didn't charge anywhere near the amount these liars charged.
