By far the most traumatizing dentist experience of my life. Dr. Kayat is sweet and all, but her practice is downright careless and more than unsatisfactory. I got a cleaning and 4 flossing cavity "removals", left terrified of going to the dentist.
1. The numbing injections were probed into my cheeks, not lower gums. Had to be redone (all incorrectly) THREE TIMES, I and with every wince of my pain she paused, but didn't get any nicer.
2. She stabbed my mouth during the cleaning more times than I can count! My gums were bleeding and my whole mouth was sore for a week.
3. Never in my whole life of going to the dentist have I had my head YANKED AND PRODDED the way this woman had done to me. I had to strain to keep still.
4. After the flossing cavity filling, months later the cavities got worse as if she only smacked filler on them, and the filling was rough like sand paper and jagged poking my cheek.
5. I felt worse after the "procedure" and meanwhile the entire time the assistant watched me clenching the chair and squinting, she looked nervous, uneasy, and embarrassed. She looked at me like "are you okay?"
6. My grandma got a bridge done by the same woman because there's only 1 dentist, and it looked so fake like a rookie did it, and they were put so incorrectly it started ROTTING underneath. She was so embarrassed she covered her smile for a year until fixed by Anthem Dentistry.
I was manhandled and botched. Never coming back. You couldn't pay me to schedule an appointment here.

We recently moved to the Anthem area and need a family dentist. After extensive searches, we chose Smile of Anthem because of their amazing client reviews. So glad for the choice we made. Dr. Kayat was wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. She was very thorough and patient in explaining the options. She did not suggest costly treatments as I originally wanted because it may not work long term. When your doctor cares more about your wellbeing than billings, you know you found a great place. Her team was excellent too - from the admin to assistants. Everyone was positive and cheerful. The appointment was seamless and punctuated. We are grateful for the cares we received from this place.

She wouldn’t fill the cavities with my daughter because she aid she was too young and she’s 13. Said she’d need to be out under for the fillings at a different dentist office? Complete waist of an appointment and my time getting her in with this dentist. The file says she’s 13 and needed cavities filled and we had the appointment for 3 weeks.

I came here to get a root canal done as well as a crown alongside some other stuff such as fillings. The doctor who was working with me is outstanding. She is patient and understanding and constantly makes sure that I am doing alright. Overall the place is nice and has a calming atmosphere. I am content with the quality of service I received here!

I came here for a cleaning and a checkup. They discovered 10 cavities and managed to fill them all for me in that one appointment! They even fixed the chip in my tooth. From the receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentists, this place has got one amazing team!

This dentist office is hands down the best. Dr Kayat and staff (Chelsea, Renee and those whose names I forget 🙁 sorry ) are super friendly, very supportive and very caring. They are trauma-informed and a true blessing to the world of dentistry.
