I was amazed by this SimonMed office. I made an appt and did my paperwork online beforehand. I arrived 10 minutes early, got my scan done and was out of the office 15 minutes after my test started. The receptionist was very welcoming and the girl who did my scan (Madison, maybe?) was thorough and very personable. Thank you for a great experience.

The team here is simply amazing. Front staff is super friendly and helpful. Daniel was very patient, conscientious, and caring with our daughter who is scared of needles. First time she didn’t cry and she’s had to have several done this past year. His explanation for her Brain MRI with and without contrast was very helpful. Thank you so much!!!!

Everyone was very polite and welcoming. The tech that did my bone density scan was absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and listen and cares. She pays close attention to detail. It's a very clean place. Definitely will go back if I need anything else.

It was a pleasant experience. I arrived and was greeted by a smile and a good morning. Was told that I had to wait until 830. The receptionist was Very cordial And very organized . At 8:30 I was taken in to x-ray, the x-ray tech was very efficient , Paid attention to every detail and was very professional in her actions. I was treated with courtesy as if I was a good friend. It was my first time there and I would recommend anyone who needed those services to come to that facility. Thank you so much for a great experience. No photos

Everyone was very polite and professional. I came in the a x-ray on my elbow. The technician was very understanding about my problem with my right elbow. She was gentle when moving my arm to get the position of each picture. Professionalism at this place is great 👍

I had to get both a flexion-extension and a brain MRI with contrast today, and I was terrified. I've been through a lot medically, but something about the small space, the noise, and my claustrophobia (made worse by my car accident and MCAS) had me shaking. Daniel and Erin were absolute angels. Daniel talked me through everything with so much patience and kindness, and Erin didn’t leave my side - she literally stayed in the room with me the entire time. That kind of compassion is rare, and it meant everything. If you're scared, if you have medical trauma, or if you just need someone to treat you like more than a chart - these are the people you want by your side. I genuinely felt safe with them. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

I was the last patient of the day. When I arrived for an MRI my order had not been sent by my doctor. The staff member at check-in went over and above, calling the doctor's officeand getting a copy of the order, so my exam could be completed. The MRI tech was helpful and compassionate and kept me informed throughout the entire procedure. Great service!

The MRI technician was the biggest blessing in the world. I felt very well taken care of and he was so informative about all the things that would be going on. He comforted so much and I’m so grateful for his expertise.
