Absolutely terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with insurance and this specific agency does not deserve your business. Go elsewhere and save yourself some time.

Called on April 22nd to cancel insurance policy,followed up on April 1st, never got a phone call back.
Sent emails on April 3rd, still have not heard a word.
Horrible customer service,had to call both insurance carriers myself and could not cancel retroactive for March 22nd since insurance agent didn't do anything.
Very unhappy and do not recommend this agency.
Still thinking about filing complaint with Arkansas Insurance Department,unreal!!!!

Giving 2 stars because my problem is not with Farmers insurance itself, but this particular agents lack of follow up and professionalism. If you promise your customer a call back, you call them back. If you promise you’re going to look into something, then you do so. Failure to communicate and keep promises lost a customer today.
