Reply to the owners response. " I was never a customer because our first attempt to get a quote was one of the most awful experiences ever. RUDE and disrespectful does not even begin to describe the agent we dealt with . I was giving my girlfriend my extra car and wanted to get her set up on insurance. Your agent had the audacity to assume we lived together and I was going to be a driver. Before I could even explain she started blasting me with rules and raising her voice to explain that she would not get her insurance unless I was on the policy. I told her we would find someone else who could listen to our needs. I kind you not , she yelled " I don't want to help you any way "! as we left. You don't treat people that way, and you certainly don't treat customers that way.

They were my car insurance company for 10 years always great service unfortunately I bought a home they couldn't cover and no longer use them. Still recommend Spicer insurance to anyone looking for insurance Rosa has been our go to gal for so long honestly I am missing my company
