Love the customer service. Always answers all my questions and lets me know my options. I have been with Mrs. Herring for years. No complaints.
Went above and beyond to help with advising what documentation I needed and pictures to get so I could get emergency repairs done to my house during an ice storm. Then was super friendly and assisted with my claim submittal. I highly recommend Mrs. Herring for your insurance needs.

Received discrimination from this company in relation to car and home insurance would never recommend this company. Payments way under what's owed adjusters not certified they say you can use your own person then change up and say you can't do they won't have to pay you scam you pay your money for several years then all of a sudden they use everything they can to give the run around car damage February didn't even get anyone to help or pay until June or July home damaged same delay months down the road intentionally and inside of home never got paid for rip offs go somewhere else for better service and care these people treated both cases with discrimination don't recommend this company ever. You know what you did and how you chose to handle a black customer who never gave you any problems.
