If I could get this hospital with zero, I would
Unity health is one of the worst hospitals around.
My mom went in to the ER because she kept on passing out And going unconscious.
The ER is very Untouchable. They tell you one thing and do another. they are not firm on their diagnosis. they will mistreat you and most of the doctors inside the ER have attitudes and just do not care. They said they were going to put my mom into the hospital and at the last moment they changed their mind and wrote up discharge papers. and when they went to send her up, she passed out again on the floor going unconscious and all they wanted to do was administer medications and let her go. Until they were forced to admit her into the hospital. At her last visit at the hospital, they did her gallbladder surgery wrong and it messed up everything else. They are wanting to discharge today after everything and still have not done anything for her. I do not recommend this hospital for nobody. I will gladly go to the rock and instead of unity.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. Drive the 30 minutes to Cabot ER where the staff is amazing and the service is even better. Everyone in the waiting room collectively sat there for 5+ hours, which would be ok but some people were borderline dying with heart defects and burst appendix. They only took the person with heart defects back when she started fainting. This place has apathetic nurses who act like its a chore for them to be there with "full rooms" when we were watching people get discharged. They took my friends vitals 4 times before we just gave up and left cause there was no shot we were sitting in that crappy ER all night where when we got taken back they would do nothing but gaslight us and run 0 tests to see what was wrong. This was the worst experience of my life, NEVER GO TO UNITY ER!!

I feel 2 ways about this. 3 stars for the emergency room because the Dr was very dismissive. However ,I give the hospital a 5 because once she was admitted it changed. The staff is very nice and taking good care of my mother. The ER needs to hire more people that want to work in Medicine because they care about making a difference.i understand that it can be a stressful job but they chose it. If that's unreasonable then make them take a class about bedside manner and compassion.

I came here in need of a drug test because someone decided to smoke drugs in my car while I was doing my taxi service. I was looked at funny and not taken care of well. The doctor mr. Galdamez I believe his name was came in and told me I was fine. I told them I felt funny but they did not listen. I asked them to do a pee test to make sure, and they told me it was to take hours (barely anyone in the lobby). Staff were sitting around cracking jokes. Not a good place to go, and when it comes to hospitals this is very unfortunate.

My fiancé went there twice second time. They told her that they had an appointment for her to see a foot doctor. The next day at 1 o’clock she went down there and no appointment. They ain’t even had no information or anything. So unless you’re dying or wanna die, don’t go to that hospital. They do nothing but lie to you. I will never go back there. I will completely bypass it. I don’t give a crap if I’m having a freaking massive heart attack and I still won’t go there the worst hospital ever if I can give them zero stars, I would don’t go there

Well I'm a disabled vet that has been screwed by the VA, I've been sick enough this makes the 3 time I've been here since March 10 of this year. I have a incurable stomach disease that's killing me they giving me less than 5 years to live so the new doctor comes in and says we'll u got colitis we will take you off all the meds, and send you home without anyone doing any tests or scans nothing colitis they most time put u on pain meds antibiotics and keep u for a few days why and how can call as a hospital not care for your patients. Went in with chest and abdominal pain with a pain level of 8. I told the triage nurse all my symptoms and he proceeded to ask me if I had been there a week before. I haven’t been to unity ER since 2020. Then I hear him tell the next patient about “frequent flyers” and how they just come in for anything all the time. He proceeded to skip over multiple times. I waited over 3 and a half hours to be admitted. Spent 3 days at Unity and was discharged with an extremely elevated white blood cell count and not have been able to keep solid foods down for over 5 days. Went to St Vincent the same day, they were appalled I was discharged and spent 2 days there and got the care I needed. From admittance to the care received, I cannot give Unity a low enough rating
