Casey at Nix Title Company has been so very helpful working through a process for me that I had been stuck on for months. I was in unfamiliar territory and in over my head, trying to follow instructions from people who didn't speak English well enough to communicate effectively. Thankfully, Casey had the knowledge, experience and patience necessary to help finalize the details. I highly recommend their services and won't hesitate to reach out to them in the future. They were easy and comfortable to work with, professional, efficient and he always responded in a timely manner whether via email or telephone. Thanks so much Casey!

I paid for their services upfront even though I was given the option to pay the day we were to sign the paperwork. I was told they'd call me after they spoke to the buyer. They didn't. They told me the paperwork would be ready on Friday, it wasn't. They didn't call to tell me it wasn't. They said it would be ready on Monday and they would call both parties to set up the time to meet. They didn't. Once the papers were signed, he turned his back to us at his desk in a very dismissive way. I tried to shake his hand, but he never acknowledged it .
