We landed up here randomly on our way to Mendocino. And we are so glad we did. Very friendly atmosphere and scrumptious Sandwiches. We got chicken sandwich and caprese sandwich. Both very delicious. You must stop there for a bite or a drink if you happen to go towards Mendocino

The very BEST in the USA! 10 Stars ⭐️!!! Bakery: every item is fresh, tasty, not salty, not overly sweet. Very healthy! Sandwiches & Coffee are delicious! Service is consistently excellent! The owner employs local young people, relatives and family members who work harmoniously to make Mosswood Market a great experience every time. Visited during Covid. We sampled pastries, blueberry cornbread muffin and blackberry scone on our way home from Fort Bragg. The coffee was also delicious. Empanadas looked to die for we just couldn’t fit them in. The baker is local, she lives nearby. We’ll definitely be back to sample other goods.

Had a macchiato and a brownie. Had indoor and outdoor seating, with very nice views of the mountains and the main street of town. The staff was friendly and courteous. Talk to a couple people who were eating said the food was very good. Prices for reasonable.

I stopped at this little deli on my way back from a trip to Mendocino. The service was excellent and the quality of the food was extraordinary!

I ordered a smoked turkey and Swiss. It came on house made wheat bread which was to die for. The meat quality was very high - not that pressed crap you find in cheaper places like Subway. This was good quality meat and the sandwich was put together with fresh organic spring mix. I’m a large man and I had to take the other half home 😮 (what the . . . .)

In addition to sandwiches the case was filled with home baked French tarts and other assorted pastries. I was dying to try one . . . but trying to lose weight (haha). Being a baker myself I could tell the pastry was high quality.

I purchased a glass of lemonade and a large bag of chips along with it and the total was $21.50 - a fair price for an above average meal.

There was adequate seating inside and out front on the porch.

The establishment and bathroom were clean and the workers were friendly, helpful and got the order out fast.

I highly recommend this place if you’re hungry and in the Boonville area.
