Don't go through the drive through on a Saturday morning if your busy the cashier will likely be busy chit chatting with customers other than bank buisness. And if you speak with the assistant vice president ruby to get help she will only take the part of the cashier and not do anything about it.

I have done business with this bank in excess of three years. I have always been greeted with kindness and professionalism! I would highly recommend this bank if you’re tired of the lack of personal touch from big banks. Their fees are extremely competitive and in most instances more affordable!! Five Stars from me!
