Absolutely thrilled with my experience living in Stone Pointe apartment. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect home. What truly stands out, though, is the exceptional service from Dennis, the maintenance guy. He’s respectful, attentive, quick to respond to any issues, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is in top shape. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living experience.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s awful. The rent is literally not even cheap and the responsiveness of the maintenance staff is awful. I think they must be severely understaffed because my dishwasher has been broken for months and despite numerous requests, I’m stuck hand washing all my dishes. The HVAC has been broken and they just glue things together, neighbors upstairs are loud and smoke and despite the fact we were told no smoking on property, management doesn’t actually care at all. Do not live here unless you’re comfortable being stuck doing all your own maintenance and paying overpriced bills.

I moved into this apartment complex 60 days ago, and I can honestly say it’s been amazing from day one! The moving process was incredibly smooth and stress-free, thanks to the outstanding staff—especially Khadijah, my leasing consultant. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly.

Two months in, I’m still loving both my apartment and the community. It’s quiet, welcoming, and truly feels like home. I’m also super excited to see the upcoming interior redesign of the building—it’s already a great space, so I can only imagine how beautiful it’s going to be!

If you’re looking for a place with great energy, helpful staff, and a strong sense of community, this is it. Huge shoutout to Khadijah—she really is the best!

Really appreciate Dennis [maintenance] for coming by during off-hours (Saturday) and completing the tasks of replacing my garbage disposal and small leak underneath my kitchen sink. Really did a superb job, and didn't take much time at all! Thank you!

Very ghetto. Do not recommend. They didn’t even clean the apartment properly before I moved in. Apartment also had a roach problem and the leasing office tried to say they came when I moved in. Excuse me?! I have a friend who still lives there who I visit and it’s even worse since this new company took over. The carpets are filthy and the front door handle was broken off for like a month.

I have been living at this property for 6 months , and I couldn't be happier with the management team.
They are always prompt in addressing maintenance requests, specially Ephrem and Noe are the best. On snow time I never seen on other properties clean and care like this. and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to live here. I am grateful for their hard work and dedication to ensuring a comfortable living environment.

I cannot thank Gabriela enough for her outstanding service! I was moving from out of state, and due to unexpected delays, I couldn’t get to the office before closing. Gabriela went above and beyond by staying past office hours so I could pick up my key. If she hadn’t been so accommodating and flexible, it would have been a complete disaster. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made my move so much smoother. If you’re lucky enough to work with Gabriela, you’re in great hands! Highly recommend!
