Been here for picking up a load going to Texas. They are nice and friendly. In and out within an hour and they put a seal on.

Stulz is in Dayton Tennessee because of cheap labor. Stulz advertised $18 to $20 to start as a brazer. They started me at $18 with the temp agency. I stayed with Stulz for from January 3rd to April 26th. I was shown and tested on their brazing technique. I did everything that was shown to do. I even was teaching new people how to do the job. Stulz made me an offer of $18 a hour. I told them I was making 18 already. HR said I was making $17. I corrected them and then they offered me $19. I told them I needed $20. HR said they could not do $20. This is not just a blazing job. It involves assembly of the unit. Unpacking the coils. Lifting them with a crane. Started with a push pull hoost. That took 2 people to do the job. They moved the jig to a an area with a crane that traveled, so they put me by myself. So now I am doing the two man job by myself. Not to hard of a task but still a 2 man job turned into one man. I was told that some guys brazing still made 17, after being there for a year and a half. Good group of people working the floor but management, like a lot of places, needs to remember who they need to do the work. They also say it is a 4 10s job. More like 48, work 8 on fridays.
