We had the pleasure of working with Jamie Brown at Dormon & Reynolds. She helped us navigate through a difficult situation. She was kind hearted, understanding, and patient with us after dealing with the death of a loved one. She was also very professional. I have been with many insurance agencies in my years, but Dormon and Reynolds is certainly the best. They are knowledgeable, fast to respond, and always friendly when when answering questions. When there are issues with insurance claims, they have answers with options. This is crucial, as I do not encounter many situations where I need to use insurance for claims. Most important, they saved me money by shopping different carriers and educating me on what I needed and what I did not in a policy. I did not find this service and value in the middle Tennessee area, and happy I looked around and found this team.

After 31 years with another insurance company we decided to check out other options. The first company I called was Dormon and Reynolds. After speaking with Chris Reynolds we decided to move our home and auto policies to Dormon and Reynolds. Chris not only lowered our premiums, we also got better coverage. He took time to listen to our needs and told us how to handle the transition with our mortgage company. Excellent customer service!

A friend of mine told me to contact Chris Reynolds. I contacted him yesterday on messenger and he got back with me very quickly. I told him what I needed and what I was paying. He got all my info from me today and then went to work locating me a better deal. He worked very hard and very quickly. I was insured in under 3 hours. I was paying a high premium for one vehicle and now I have both my Volkswagens covered with better coverage and I'm paying less then before. Chris Reynolds listened to what my husband and I needed and he answered all million and one of my questions. I'll be saving $356.87 a year, and for that I'm truly appreciative. Not only is he a great salesperson he's seems to really care. Thank you Dorman & Reynolds. Chris Reynolds did a fantastic job.

Beth did an outstanding job! I'm relocating from another state and needed to transfer several policies.
