We generally communicate by email and she most often replies within 24 hours. She then follows up with our requests in a timely manner.

Update: Now the Tenant was gone to no payments for 2 months now. They have been served eviction status, by all means they are officially just using the property for free. Its unfortunate, my investment with Spartan Invest, is turning out to be a doozy.

My experience with the platform has been mixed. While its transparency surpasses that of many other providers, certain concerns have arisen regarding tenant reliability. I joined in March, completed the property purchase, and closed with a tenant already in place. However, it is concerning that the tenant was late on their second rent payment and now again on the third. This raises questions about the effectiveness of the purportedly rigorous background screening—specifically, its ability to assess a tenant's financial reliability. I will update my review as the situation evolves, but at this point, the trend is not encouraging.
