My wife and I opened an account at M and M Bank while we lived in Pascagoula. Since then, we have moved back to Baldwin County. While most transactions are done electronically, occasionally, I find myself needing to go into the bank. Usually, I use the branch in Daphne. I would say it’s for convenience, but that is not the reason I use that branch. It’s due to Celeste Griffin. Since the first time I went through the drive thru there, she has recognized me and has been courteous, responsive, professional, and pleasant with even the simplest transactions. I pay attention to these attributes as they are important to me and were always characteristics and activities I tried to portray, teach and preach to my branch employees when I was in banking. Celeste is an employee, i would've enjoyed having on my team. I really appreciate her.
