Really nice staff, I always appreciate great customer service and that's exactly what I got when I went in. I spoke with Linda and she answered all my questions, explained how to set up an appointment and game me the owners name and showed me some options for our bathroom remodel that I haven't even considered. PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING. I worked for this company when I got out of the military, there service and professionalism is poor at best. Once you have purchased from them they do not do a good job of helping you and making sure you have everything you need. There store is fantasy with nice products they work with many manufactures to chose from. However, trying to fix or return something that either they or you got wrong is such a hassle. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on my experience. Thank you for reading hope this helps.

Replaced our kitchen faucet with a set that someone else had returned; whistled for a year whenever hot water used. Finally trashed a very expensive faucet after a year. If the box isn’t sealed, don’t buy from them.
